Resending Expired Invitations

The email notification that CxEngage sends when a user is added includes a token that is valid for 24 hours. If the user waits longer than 24 hours to click the link, the token will have expired, an error is displayed, and login is denied. Resend the expired invitation if the user still requires access to CxEngage.

  1. Access the tenant that the user is being invited to
  2. Go to User Management > Users
  3. Click on the user to open their user details panel
    • Tip: The user status will be Expired Invitation
  4. Click on Resend Invitation
    CxEngage will send a new invitation email. The user clicks the link in the email and is taken to a page where they activate their account, set their personal password for CxEngage, and confirm their user details.
